For NEW Private Email orders - we will need your desired email name.  You can use one of the following domain names:  @generalmail.com, @swissmail.org or @privacyabroad.com
Example:  yourname@generalmail.com

All other orders:  We will be in touch soon with your activation instructions

We recommend that you email us your top 3 Email name choices.  Once received, we will process your order within 24 to 48 hours and Email you your setup instructions.  Keep in mind that our newsletters are always sent to your private email address.

Please note that we are in CET (Central European Time) which is 6 hours ahead of EST time and we are always closed on weekends.  All orders received on Fridays will be fulfilled the following Monday.  In the meantime check out our support website at www.swisscybersafe.ch
